Washington, D.C. and Newark, DE - International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) was recognized today with a 2022 Optimizer Award in the ‘Most Customer-Centric Experience’ category by Optimizely, the leading digital experience platform (DXP) provider used by IFPA to power its website.
“I am extremely proud that our team’s hard work and dedication garnered this very special award. Thanks to the strong collaboration with Optimizely, and its partner Perficient, we were able to create a new, modern experience for the global fresh produce and floral community,” said IFPA Chief Strategy Officer Lauren M. Scott. “Combining volumes of digital assets from two legacy associations to create a new website was no small task, and now it is much easier and more efficient for our worldwide network of members to access IFPA resources to grow their businesses.”
The association’s website was also recently featured in an Optimizely case study that explored the growth in the organization’s digital presence, including:
- 41% increase in organic search traffic in the first six months;
- 33% increase in user engagement in the first six months; and
- 19% increase in website interactions (clicks, form submissions and video plays).
