The official show app is the best place to start, whether you are planning ahead or already walking the expo floor:

Set Up Your Profile: Download the app (search GPFS 2026 in the App Store or Google Play) and add your company, title, and product interests. This takes less than five minutes and ensures other attendees can find you.
Search the Attendee Directory: Filter by company, job title, or badge type to find supermarkets, wholesale grocers, importers, category managers, grower-shippers, and logistics providers. You can also review confirmed buying organizations on our attending retailers and wholesale grocers list →
Message People Directly and Propose a Time: You can reach out from anywhere—at your desk the week before, or from the convention center between sessions. Many attendees line up conversations in advance, and just as many arrange them on the day.

A note on appointments: The Global Show is built around attendee-led meetings rather than a pre-assigned matchmaking program. That means there is no window you can miss and no list you needed to join—you decide who you meet and when, right up to the moment you are here.

The expo floor in West Halls A–C (Level 2) is open on Thursday, October 15 and Friday, October 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.

Important Note for Travel Planning: The expo floor is not open on Wednesday, October 14. Wednesday is dedicated to General Sessions (including the State of the Industry address), the Education Festival, and the evening Welcoming Reception at the Hilton Orlando.

Here is how the two primary registration tiers compare:

All Access Pass ($1,695 Member / $2,545 Non-Member): Includes two full days of expo floor access (Thursday & Friday), admission to all General Sessions (State of the Industry on Wednesday, Fighting for What Matters on Thursday, and the Women's Fresh Perspectives session on Friday), the Education Festival on Wednesday, daily networking breakfasts and lunches, and the opening Welcoming Reception on Wednesday evening.
Trade Show Only Pass ($1,195 Member / $1,795 Non-Member): Includes two full days of expo floor access (Thursday & Friday) and show floor education sessions. It does not include Wednesday's General Sessions, the Education Festival, the Women's Fresh Perspectives Breakfast, networking meals, or the Welcoming Reception. Yes. You can arrange an upgrade at any point—whether you want to move from Trade Show Only to All Access, or add individual tickets to the Wednesday evening Welcoming Reception ($200 Member / $250 Non-Member).

The 2026 Global Produce & Floral Show takes place in the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center (9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819).

Badge Pickup Desks: Begin at West Lobby A (full-service Customer Care, Housing Desk, ribbons, and 5K packet pickup) or West Lobby C (express badge pickup). Desks are open Tuesday through Friday starting at 7:00 a.m. daily.
Hotel Skybridges: If you are staying at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, Rosen Centre, or Rosen Plaza, direct covered pedestrian bridges connect your hotel lobby straight to the OCCC West Building concourse. The Hilton Orlando connects via the covered North/South bridge walkway.
Badge Requirement: Your official badge is required for admission to all sessions, meal functions, and the expo floor. (Separate tickets are required for Welcoming Reception guests).

Exhibitors should review the Exhibitor Resources Hub for the complete setup service kit, target freight check-in times, and on-site guidelines. Key essentials include:

Badge Registration: Ensure your booth personnel badges are registered through the Exhibitor Badge Portal. Badges can be collected at West Lobby A or C.
Move-In Schedule: Review the published Exhibitor Schedule for hall-specific target move-in dates and booth installation deadlines.
On-Site Exhibitor Service Desk: Located directly on the show floor to handle any needs during setup or show days—including lead retrieval / badge scanners, electrical and utilities, carpet, freight and shipping questions, and hanging signs.
